TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Storiginator. The platform is operated by ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP (operating under the brand name Storiginator), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

By accessing or using storiginator.com (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Site immediately.

Storiginator is a Print on Demand (POD) apparel platform serving small-volume brand buyers and individual consumers in the U.S. market. Our core services include:

• Allowing users to upload custom artwork and have it printed on apparel products such as t-shirts and hoodies
• Accepting bulk custom print orders and fulfilling them through our own factory and logistics network
• Providing additional services including design previews, order tracking, and customer support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. For active, paid orders, we will notify you via email or site announcement if a material change or disruption affects the fulfillment of your order.

Certain features of the platform require a registered account. By registering and using an account, you agree to the following:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, and keep it up to date
• Keep your login credentials secure and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account

Submitting an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Unpaid orders will not enter the production queue.
• If a payment fails due to a processing issue, the order will be automatically canceled. Please resubmit your order.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because all products are made to order, we are generally unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered production. If you need to cancel immediately after payment, please contact our customer service team right away. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

When using our customization features, you are solely responsible for the legality of all content you upload (including images, text, and graphics, collectively referred to as "User Content").

By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that it:

• Is owned by you, or you have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions to use it for commercial printing purposes
• Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, trademark rights, right of publicity, or privacy rights
• Does not contain unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
• Is at least 300 DPI in resolution to ensure acceptable print quality

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP, its affiliates, and manufacturing partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your uploaded content infringing any third party's intellectual property, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
• Print quality issues resulting from your submission of artwork below 300 DPI
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms

Our Right to Review Content

We reserve the right to review User Content and may, without prior notice, refuse to print content we reasonably determine to be unlawful or inappropriate. In such cases, the related order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to brand logos, site design, product descriptions, images, source code, and layout (collectively, "Platform Content") — is the exclusive property of ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially use any Platform Content without our prior written consent
• You retain ownership of any User Content you upload. By using the platform, you grant Storiginator a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order (including production, quality inspection, and preview display)
• This license does not grant us the right to use your designs for any commercial purpose unrelated to your order

All prices displayed on this platform are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or fees.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Promotions, discount codes, and coupons are each subject to their own terms and expiration dates and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Order delays or failures caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions
• Package returns, destruction, or loss resulting from an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package
• Any third-party claims arising from copyright infringement or policy violations in your uploaded artwork
• Dissatisfaction resulting from size selection errors, color variation between screen and print, or other matters within the buyer's own judgment
• Losses caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, third-party payment platform issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD. OUTSIDE OF THESE EXCEPTIONS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform, without liability, in the following circumstances:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You upload infringing, unlawful, or harmful content
• You engage in fraudulent ordering, unauthorized card use, or other malicious activity
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a security risk associated with your account

Upon account termination, all pending orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have been paid for but not yet entered production will be refunded.

Personal information you provide while using this platform is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please visit storiginator.com/pages/privacy-policy to read the full policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced on our homepage, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us regarding any outstanding orders.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Business / Wholesale Buyers

If you are a business or wholesale buyer and a dispute arises, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may refer the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final and binding arbitration under its then-current rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong.

Individual Consumers

If you are an individual consumer, you retain the right to bring legal proceedings in a competent local court, including small claims court, in accordance with your local consumer protection laws.

As a platform primarily serving the U.S. market, we are committed to complying with applicable trade sanctions regulations, including those administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, and the Government of Hong Kong.

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Neither you nor the intended recipient is listed on any government-issued trade embargo, economic sanctions list, or restricted-party list
• Your order's shipping destination is not located in a sanctioned country or region (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region)

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to sanctioned regions and to cancel any related order without prior notice. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

By accessing or using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence (typically 18 years of age in the United States).

If you are a minor, you may only use this platform under the supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for all activity conducted and charges incurred through the platform by minors in their care.
