01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Storiginator. By accessing or using storiginator.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP LIMITED.

02 Services

Storiginator provides apparel-related services for small-volume brand buyers and individual consumers in the U.S. market. Services may include blank apparel supply, eligible print-on-demand products, bulk custom print orders, design previews, order tracking, and customer support.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services. For active paid orders, we will notify you if a material change affects fulfillment.

03 Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized account use.

We are not liable for losses caused by leaked credentials, lost passwords, or unauthorized access resulting from account holder actions.

04 Orders, Payment, and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
• Prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars.
• Full payment is required at purchase. Unpaid orders will not enter production or fulfillment.
• If payment fails, the order may be canceled and must be resubmitted.

Orders may be cancellable within 2 hours of placement. Once production or fulfillment begins, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

05 Custom Content and Uploaded Artwork

When using customization features, you are solely responsible for all uploaded content, including images, text, and graphics.

By uploading content, you represent that it:

• Is owned by you or properly licensed for commercial printing.
• Does not infringe intellectual property, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Does not contain unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Is suitable for print quality, ideally 300 DPI or higher.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP LIMITED, its affiliates, and manufacturing partners against claims related to your uploaded content, low-quality files, or violation of these Terms.

We may refuse to print content we reasonably determine to be unlawful or inappropriate. If an order is canceled for this reason, a refund may be issued where appropriate.

06 Intellectual Property

Site content, including logos, design, product descriptions, images, source code, and layout, is owned by ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially use platform content without written consent.
• You retain ownership of uploaded user content.
• You grant ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use uploaded content only to fulfill your order, including production, quality inspection, and preview display.

07 Pricing, Promotions, and Taxes

• Prices are in U.S. Dollars and may exclude applicable taxes or fees.
• We may adjust prices at any time. Confirmed orders are not affected by later price changes.
• Promotions, discount codes, and coupons are subject to their own terms and expiration dates.
• Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees where applicable.

08 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, logistics disruptions, incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, third-party claims from uploaded artwork, size selection errors, reasonable color variation, cyberattacks, payment platform issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Outside mandatory exceptions, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

09 Service Suspension and Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, upload infringing or unlawful content, engage in fraudulent activity, or create a security risk. Pending paid orders will be handled case by case. Orders that have not entered production or fulfillment may be refunded.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates may be announced on our site and reflected by the Last Updated date. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Business and Wholesale Buyers

Business or wholesale disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may refer the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for final and binding arbitration, with the seat of arbitration in Hong Kong.

Individual Consumers

Individual consumers retain the right to bring legal proceedings in a competent local court, including small claims court, under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights in your country or region.

13 Sanctions and Export Control Compliance

By using the platform, you represent that neither you nor the intended recipient is listed on a government sanctions list and that the shipping destination is not in a sanctioned country or region. We may refuse delivery and cancel orders that violate sanctions or export control requirements.

14 Minors

By using the platform, you represent that you have reached the legal age of majority in your residence. Minors may use the platform only with parent or guardian supervision and consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for minor activity and charges.
