Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Orders currently ship from China.

Order processing

Processing time is counted from the time an order is placed until the order is handed to the carrier. Blank apparel orders are normally processed in 2–3 business days. Custom-print orders are normally processed in 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping methods and charges

Shipping charges are calculated using the order weight, destination, and available shipping service. Available shipping methods and the shipping charge for the order are shown at checkout before payment. We do not use a flat shipping fee, and we do not offer automatic free shipping based on order value or item quantity. Product discounts and promotional prices do not reduce shipping charges.

Orders containing blank and custom products

Mixed orders normally ship together after the custom items are ready. If you request split shipment before dispatch, we will cover the additional shipping charge.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after the order has been handed to the carrier. Transit time varies by destination, shipment weight, service availability, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays, and other conditions outside our direct control. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless we confirm it in writing for a specific order.
