01 Overview

Thank you for shopping with us. This policy outlines our order processing workflow, shipping rates, and estimated delivery timeframes. Please read carefully before placing your order.

We offer both blank apparel and print-on-demand products. Certain products are produced and customized after an order is placed, which may affect processing times and order modification eligibility.

For print-on-demand and customized products, production begins promptly after an order is placed.

Orders may be eligible for cancellation within 2 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations, modifications, or address changes can no longer be guaranteed.

! Print-on-demand products are custom-printed to order. Please do not request cancellations after production has begun. If you have questions about your order, we encourage you to reach out to us before placing it.

02 Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time between payment confirmation and handoff to the carrier. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, although processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

* Processing time does not include transit time — please allow for both when estimating delivery. Processing may be delayed during major holidays.

* For large-volume orders, our customer service team may proactively reach out via email to confirm order details and ensure smooth production.

Note: The rates above apply to a single order shipped to one U.S. address. If shipping to multiple addresses, each address will be calculated separately. Please contact us for assistance.

04 Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. The estimated transit times below do not include order processing time.

! The timeframes above are estimates only. Shipping method and transit time may vary depending on order quantity. Orders qualifying for free shipping may be shipped via a different logistics service than paid shipping orders. Actual delivery may also vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, public holidays in the U.S. or China, severe weather, or carrier delays. We will do our best to assist with tracking, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

05 Shipping Notifications & Order Tracking

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Once you have your tracking number, head to the Track Order page on our website to check the latest status and location of your package in real time. The carrier is selected by us based on the order and will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@storiginator.com.

06 Lost Packages, Damaged Items & Incorrect Orders

While we inspect every order before shipment, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide relevant photos or documentation.

Issue Our Resolution
Package lost in transit We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Product has a print quality defect Send us clear photos and we will reship at no cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Wrong item received (style / size / color) Our fault — we will reship the correct item or issue a full refund at no charge.
Customer error (e.g., incorrect shipping address) Reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

07 Important Notes

Custom Product Policy

For print-on-demand and customized products, each item is individually produced after an order is placed. As a result:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a verified quality issue.
  • Once an item enters production, we cannot modify the design, size, or color.
  • Please review your design, size, and color selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Artwork Quality & Copyright

If you are uploading your own artwork for customization, please make sure:

  • You own the rights to the artwork, or have obtained proper licensing or permission to use it
  • Your file is at least 300 DPI (PNG or PSD format recommended) — low-resolution images may appear blurry when printed

Storiginator is not liable for any issues arising from low-quality uploads or copyright infringement by the customer.

Holiday Delays

Processing and delivery times may be affected during major holidays (including but not limited to: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Black Friday, Chinese New Year, and other holidays).
