Order processing

Blank apparel orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
Customized products are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing times are estimates and may be extended for large, complex, or custom orders.

Standard shipping

We currently offer Standard Shipping for eligible orders within the United States.

Shipping is calculated at checkout using the order's recorded item weights, total shipment weight, destination ZIP code, and the available shipping route. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.

We do not use a flat shipping fee.
We do not offer automatic free shipping based on order value or item quantity.
Shipping charges are not reduced by product discounts or promotional codes unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
If no shipping rate is available for an address or order, please contact us before placing the order.

Estimated delivery time

Standard transit time is generally 7–20 business days after processing.
The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally 9–25 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, address issues, public holidays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

Expedited requests

Expedited delivery is not a standard checkout option. If you need an expedited order, please contact customer service before placing the order so that we can confirm availability, timing, and any additional charges.
