Blank apparel usually processes in 2–3 business days. Eligible custom print-on-demand orders usually process in 2–5 business days. Transit time is separate from processing time. For estimated delivery windows and full logistics details, check out our Shipping Policy.

Orders may be eligible for cancellation or changes within 2 hours of placement. Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellations, modifications, artwork changes, or address changes can no longer be guaranteed. If something urgent comes up, contact us immediately at service@storiginator.com.

Shipping is based on total quantity ordered: 1–29 pcs — flat rate $16.99; 30–49 pcs — reduced to $8.99; 50+ pcs — FREE shipping. The correct rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart quantity.

DTG (Direct to Garment) — ink is absorbed directly into the cotton fibers for a soft hand feel and breathable wear on eligible products. Ideal for detailed gradients and vintage-inspired graphics. DTF (Direct to Film) — a heat-transfer film applied on top of the fabric with sharp edges, strong opacity, and good wash resistance when properly cared for. Best for bold, high-contrast designs on dark heavyweight fabrics.

Many Storiginator products can be ordered in small quantities, including sample orders. This helps brand buyers test fabrics, fits, and designs before committing to larger quantities. Product availability, pricing, and shipping are shown at checkout.

Absolutely — and we encourage it. You can order any blank garment from our catalog as a single unit. Feel the weight, check the fit, and make sure the fabric is exactly what you want before scaling up.

Because we offer both blank apparel and eligible custom-printed products, return eligibility depends on the product type and the issue reported. Verified production errors, wrong items, damaged items, or eligible quality issues may qualify for replacement, reshipment, or refund. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

We don't currently offer API data sync with third-party store platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). All orders need to be placed manually through our website after your customer places their order with you.

Don't stress — we've got you covered. If the issue is on our end (damage, wrong item, missed or misaligned print), send clear photos or a short video to service@storiginator.com. Once we confirm the issue, we'll arrange a free reprint and reship at no cost to you.
