From the time your order is confirmed, production — including printing, quality inspection, packaging, and courier pickup — takes 2 business days. For estimated delivery windows and full logistics details, check out our Shipping Policy.
You have a 1-hour window after payment to request changes to your design or size. Once that window closes, your order is locked and production begins. If something urgent comes up after that, reach out immediately at service@storiginator.com — we'll do our best to catch it in time.
Shipping is based on total quantity ordered: 1–29 pcs — flat rate $16.99; 30–49 pcs — reduced to $8.99; 50+ pcs — FREE shipping. The correct rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart quantity.
DTG (Direct to Garment) — ink is absorbed directly into the cotton fibers for a soft, breathable, zero-hand-feel finish. Ideal for detailed gradients and vintage-inspired graphics. DTF (Direct to Film) — a heat-transfer film applied on top of the fabric with razor-sharp edges, full opacity, and exceptional wash durability. Best for bold, high-contrast designs on dark heavyweight fabrics.
Nope — no MOQ. We start at 1 piece. Whether you're a solo designer sampling your first drop or a studio reordering in bulk, our on-demand production model keeps your inventory risk at zero.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. You can order any blank garment from our catalog as a single unit. Feel the weight, check the fit, and make sure the fabric is exactly what you want before scaling up.
Because every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer-side issues — including wrong size selection, change of mind, or low-resolution artwork. However, if there's a production error on our end (damaged item, wrong product shipped, missed print, or visible misalignment), we'll make it right, no questions asked. We don't currently offer API data sync with third-party store platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). All orders need to be placed manually through our website after your customer places their order with you.
Don't stress — we've got you covered. If the issue is on our end (damage, wrong item, missed or misaligned print), send clear photos or a short video to service@storiginator.com. Once we confirm the issue, we'll arrange a free reprint and reship at no cost to you.
