DTG prints ink directly into the fabric surface, making it suitable for detailed artwork and softer print results on eligible products. DTF uses a transfer film for sharper edges and stronger color impact on bold designs. Ultra DTF is an enhanced film-transfer option for high-opacity, high-detail prints when artwork needs cleaner edges and stronger visual contrast. Product eligibility may vary, so check the product page before ordering.
Please upload PNG files with a transparent background at a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Clear, print-ready artwork helps reduce blurry edges; final results depend on the artwork, fabric, and selected print method.
Customization is available only on eligible products. Eligible tops support both front and back printing. Some items, including pants, shorts, and sweatpants, may be sold as blank apparel only. Always check the product page before ordering.

For both blank and custom-print orders, cancellation requests submitted within 2 hours of order placement qualify for free cancellation and a full refund. Eligibility is based on the Shopify order creation time and the timestamp of the customer's first submitted cancellation request, not when our team reads it. Blank apparel may be eligible for return review within 7 calendar days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Custom printed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
