Shipping is calculated at checkout using the order's recorded item weights, total shipment weight, destination ZIP code, and the available shipping route. We do not use a flat shipping fee or automatic free shipping based on order value or item quantity. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.
DTG prints ink directly into the fabric surface, making it suitable for detailed artwork and softer front-print results on eligible products. DTF uses a transfer film for sharper edges and stronger color impact on bold designs. Ultra DTF is an enhanced film-transfer option for high-opacity, high-detail front prints when artwork needs cleaner edges and stronger visual contrast. Product eligibility may vary, so check the product page before ordering.
Please ensure you upload PNG files with a transparent background and a resolution of at least 300 DPI. High-definition artwork ensures our high-precision industrial inkjet systems replicate pixels perfectly, preventing blurry edges on heavyweight washed fabrics.
Customization is available only on eligible products and currently focuses on front-print options. Some items, including pants, shorts, and sweatpants, may be sold as blank apparel only. Always check the product page before ordering.
Most blank apparel orders are prepared in 2–3 business days. Eligible custom front-print orders may take 2–5 business days depending on artwork and product setup. Shipping rates and transit estimates are shown before checkout.
Please contact us within 2 hours for change or cancellation requests. Blank apparel may be eligible for return review within 7 calendar days if unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Custom or printed items may be limited once production begins.
