• Product descriptions, marketing copy, blog articles, and all other written content
• Product display images and visual assets (excluding user-uploaded content)
• Front-end source code, site architecture, and functional design

No individual or entity may reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of the above content in any form without the prior written consent of ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP.

This Site provides Print on Demand (POD) services that allow users to upload custom artwork for printing on apparel products. With respect to all user-uploaded content, ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP states the following:

• Intellectual property rights to uploaded artwork, images, and text remain with the user or their respective rights holder
• Our role is limited to technical processing of uploaded content (i.e., print production) and does not constitute endorsement of the content's legality
• Upon receipt of a credible infringement complaint, we reserve the right to immediately suspend production of the related order and to seek indemnification from the responsible user
• Users agree to fully indemnify ORIGINATOR TRADING GROUP against any third-party claims arising from their uploaded content, including reasonable attorneys' fees

Storiginator respects intellectual property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We maintain a Notice and Takedown procedure for addressing claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

• Product images: Some images are mockup renderings for illustrative purposes; the actual product received may differ slightly
• Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; confirmed orders are not affected by subsequent price changes

Variations falling within industry-standard tolerances do not constitute manufacturing defects and shall not qualify for free replacements or refunds. By placing an order, customers are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these reasonable variations. If you notice any factual errors on the Site, please contact us so we can correct them promptly.
